I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist having completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Christ University and M.Phil Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS.
I have been trained in various forms of psychotherapy and have worked with varied diagnosis such as mood disorders, anxiety related disorders, personality disorders, to name a few, along with helping people deal with stress and everyday challenges. I have had rigorous training in psychological testing such as IQ assessments, personality assessments, diagnostic scales and neuropsychological assessments.
In my practice over the last three and a half years, I have worked extensively with adults and children. I have also worked with children from difficult backgrounds, children having specific learning difficulties as well as those who are on the autism spectrum. I have been trained extensively in family and marital therapy, couples therapy as well as in individual therapy for clients from different backgrounds.
I have participated in multiple workshops and conferences held in India and abroad and that has helped me expand my understanding of the field of psychology and therapy, thereby enabling me to apply it in my practice.

Co-founder, Dance/Movement Therapy Practitioner
I have completed my Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in collaboration with Kolkata Sanved and my Master’s in Clinical Psychology.
I work with individuals and groups with a focus on mental health support and providing creative alternatives in preventive mental health care.
I have worked with women survivors of violence and trauma, elderly individuals, children and adolescents with specific learning difficulties and with those who are on the autism spectrum.
I follow an intersectional and person-centric approach and I use a combination of psychological theories with creative tools such as movement, music and visual art in the therapeutic process.
Having been trained in Bharatanatyam, Kalaripayattu, yoga and contemporary practices, I am also passionate in learning and understanding unique relationships one has with movement and well-being.
I recognize that the language of movement is deeply personal and believe that by becoming more aware of this, we can create spaces both physically and mentally to reflect on our thoughts, opinions and choices.

Over the last two and a half years, I have worked with clients presenting with varied issues including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, couples with communication issues and intimacy issues, stress and adjustment disorders to name a few. I have been extensively trained in individual, couple, and family psychotherapy. Having worked with clients both in India and the US, I have also been extensively exposed to the cultural components of psychotherapy and this is something that I utilize in my session on a regular basis.
I have attended several workshops and trainings both in India and abroad, as well as attended and presented at international conferences held in India and abroad. This has helped me expand my knowledge as a therapist.
